I have a 08 crewcab silverado 5.3. Why is it so slow? It cant even spin the tires! Are the stock 20" to big to spin?

If your open to doing some simple mods to your Silverado, an after market intake and exhaust would help it to breathe better and boost performance. A programmer would be another itemthat would help your Silverado to "Wake-Up" as well.

Agreed! The traditional trio of intake, exhaust, and programmer (or custom tune) definitely make a difference in performance. My truck hauls when I put the pedal to it!

My 99 Suburban would smoke both rear wheels before I added the dual exhaust, it still does but it sounds alot better doing it. Maybe its because the newer trucks are getting car like rides and big rims and low profile tires, plush interiors with powereverything and DVD players,ect...,There is no more room for a set of b@lls
