$100/$150-ish. Mine cost $100 about 2 months ago....'99 Suburban with rear defrost.

    Default Climate Control

What's involved in the installation. Time and dollars.

i had to replace mine on my 04 silverado. i got it off ebay for $15.00!! i got lucky... it was used, but it was in mint condition, and worked great!! it only took like 2 min. to install. its really easy. just yank the bezzel off that surrounds the whole radio, climate control, and all. then just pop out the old one and put the new one in. very simple.. good luck!!

    Basically, just like he said!

It's an extremely easy replacement type deal.. at least it was for me. Just pull the trim away from the dash.. take out a few screws that are holding the controller in, pull it out, unplug the few plugs, put the new one in place, plug it in, screws back on to keep it in place and then replace the trim/dash.

    Easy peasy.

Time about 5 minutes. Money.. just purchase price.
