this is a redisgned 2000 not the old brick style truck, i could be wrong but it might have to be adjusted by the computer, so get a programmer, fix the sdeedo and get a little better performance at the same time

I'm no tire expert, but I think that if you plan on keeping the 20's, you're going to be going with a really small sidewall. Do they make sidewalls smaller than 35's? If they do, I would imagine it would be pretty expensive. Might be cheaper to adjust the computer/speedo its self as suggested above.

you need a bigger side wall then 35 you only have 20's if you went and got a new chevy with optional 20 it would be around a 45 or 50 side wall, so if it says 55 you are at 48 actually you have a smaller diameter then you should so at the sensor either at the wheel or in the driveline somewhere it says so many revolutions at this interval is this speed but the computer doesnt know you have a smaller overall diameter tire. go to tirerack.com and put in your truck and look for tires for 20 inch rims, you need thicker sidewall dude! my $.02. if the correct size tires are too big for the truck and they would rub cuz its lowered then you have to get a programmer to account for it

woah I'm pretty sure that's a big tire.

7mph off isn't too bad, my jeep is 20% off so at 60 I'm doing 72.

you can get speed calibrators, or you can get a programmer that will correct it for you if you put in the tire size
