    Default 12.58 @ ??? 98 ???

    that's correct...
    virgin pass w/ new LS1 motor & 4L80e tranny...
tune error resulted in hitting rev limiter on 1 - 2 shift...
between 1/8th and 1/4, ProCharger locked up...
snatched the water pump pulley off...if you look close, you can see it dart out from under truck...
beat the pulley back on w/ a hammer...removed ProCharger and put in the back of truck...put on a stock length belt...drove 2.5 hrs home...
since this, I've had the ProCharger rebuilt and upgraded from a P1SC to a D1SC...
which lead to larger injectors...which lead to additional fuel pump as well...
gonna hit the track again this weekend...looking for 11.xx...

Wow, that is an awesome sound you've got going there - love that idle rumble!

And the high tech fix you've got at the end there..?... you'll have to post a how-to article on that!

Good luck on your next trip to the track... definitely post most of these videos as you get them - this is great stuff!

I'd just be happy if I could get mine to take off like that. not looking for the tires spinning or anything like that. I just want it to hook up and haul like that. Mine doesn't do that bad speed wise but it's not as fast as i'd like it to go either.. long and short of it is I REALLY miss my 1985 IROC with the stage 5 chip i had back when I was a teen. once you've had that kind of power nothing any less will do long term.

    thanks guys...

the sound you hear is more than likely a combo of both vehicles waiting to run next...behind the camera...
mine sounds ALOT better than that...IMO...I'll have to get a video of it idling...
of course, you can hear it when it launches though...

2 trips back to the track since...
    1st - couldn't stay off the rev limiter...tuning issue
2nd, this past Saturday - snatched the pulley off the NEW water pump!
warrantied it out yesterday...had the pulley tigged to the shaft yesterday...

all I want for Christmas is ONE clean pass!
