could be a throttle position sensor or a bad injector

Bad gas, fill the tank and take it out and run it for awhile.
yeah fill it up and threw some seafoam in it we'll see what it does....... it's an 89 and no light
but i will check to see if it has any codes in the morning thanks guys

Check MAP sensor, appears to stumble from lack of Air Mixture. When you state "You get Past That", so when you get a certian RPM range it starts to run correctly? What about when you kick it down when
it runs correctly, does it stumble and then go again? If yes to all this, MAP... Also, you fuel will varnish after
sitting for so long without stablizer, cause the throttle body to have problems also. Drain the fuel and start fresh.
