oem wheels
does anyone know where you can find the 17 inch black steel wheels like what they put on police tohoes and how much they go for? ive checked online and i have had no luck, my next idea is just go through chevy for them, any ideas?

i dont know but have you talked to any tire shops? becouse thay order the rims when the cops bend or smash the rims. or evan go the a police aucton?

i ahvent thought about that actually, i was thinkin maybe they knew how to take the stamped chrome cover off but ill give that a shot thanks

i think im just gonna have to go to a dealership, im also thinkin about what poncho said and goin down to the police station and finding out who they go to for wheels and seeing if i can get a deal for them

ya so if you got the chrome covers on steel wheels its not that hard to take the chrome off all you need is a heat gun to heat the chrome and the glue will melt just dont heat the chrome it will mild just ass easy or go to the junk yard and find 17 inch spare wheels off of wright offs of the same make and year did that with my old 4x4

problem is, is that the wheel weight is wrapped around the the wheel and hubcap, i guess i could just cut aound it yeah?
