    When i was in the Navy a buddy of mine would dump peanuts into his Dr. Pepper and drink away... he was from Texas... anyone from Tx want to chime in on this one?

    Oh hell that's easy...

    FRESH french fries dipped in a milk shake or malt. Sounds weird but I've met MANY people that do it.

    I must admit it was pretty good, maybe even better if it's crunchy penutbutter......not sure if it will replace milk and cookies though

    Thats good stuff.

    I also used to dip Mc Nuggets (when they were actually made out of mcnugget and not chicken breast) in my shakes.

    You should try a Wendy's junior burger and nuggets dipped in a chocolate frosty. Same concept as the mcnuggets/fries in a shake. But yea, awesome.

    I wonder why that is? I know (atleast I think I know) why potatoes are good in a shake. I would say it's because potatoes are complex sugars so once broken down a bit, they are sweet just like the shake. But I wonder why fried foods are good to.

    Could be kinda like the trail mix "theory". All that salt with the chocolate makes for an awesome combo. As in, they are pretty opposite to me.
