cheap body parts

anybody know where the cheapest place to get replacement body part? fenders, 1/4 panels, rockers. stuff like that. thanks. oh its for a 1989 burb. whats the difference between a r1500 and a v1500? thanks

Keystone body parts but you get what you pay for. There made in China ad it takes some time to get them to fit right. Just buy GM replacement parts and say the aggravation.

Well, if your a Nut(just kidding), then how about the salvage yard close to you, do you have a U Pull It? You can get OEM parts off a donor vehicle and pull them yourself. Another place I use is LMC Truck,
good OE parts for all years on Chevy/GMC Trucks. If you like your truck and have the money, then I suggest the Dealer, a little more cash, factory original parts, just like Retired posted, I also perfer
them as well........

My truck needs parts now because of an accident, and I'm going to the u-pull it salvage yard. I need a left fender and a left outer bumper bracket. All that at a u-pull it may be like 40 dollars.

I bought cheap body parts one time and I'll never do it again. Spend the extra money and buy OEM parts. Cheap knock offs never fit right, always require extra hole drilling or enlarging, and have waves worse than the Atlantic ocean.

Yeah, aftermarket body parts may say they are made from the original molds etc but they are the old and worn out molds that you need a expert bodyman to install right. Plus they are usually not the same grade of steel and will not have the same corrosion resistance.
