Unhappy Washer fluid inoperative 04' colorado!

I have a 04 Colorado. The wiper washer fluid in not working!
The motor isn't working so I checked the voltage and ground to it and no power but good ground.
There are 2 relays in the wipe /wash system to operate the blades when wash is turned on. 1 is for when you turn the wipers on and the other is for when you turn the wipers on high but neither will work without the other plugged in.
The fuse listed in the fuse box says that wipe wash is on the same fuse but doesn't indicate what relay, if there is any, operates the washer motor.
I don't want to tear into the harness to find where it goes so--
Does anyone have an idea where the control of the power to the washer motor comes from??

    Thanks,
    Pencil Pro

Check all the fuses, GM likes to put stuff on other fuses to piss you off when things don't work.

Good idea, I should get one of those just for that reason.

    Post Found it!

I checked the fuses already and they were all good. I also swapped the relays out too and that did nothing. So I went and bought a Chiltons manual and found a schematic!
The washer motor power is fed directly from the BCM(Body Control Module).
The only problem with now knowing what it most likely is is finding it! There is no parts layout diagram nor does the book say where it is.
I'm calling the Salvage yard tomorrow and in hopes that they might know and have one I can get at a cheap price. I also hope its not a common problem!

    Thanks!

    Thumbs up

Tested for signal going to the module (1.5v) and for good wire to the washer motor.
    All checked good.
Getting a new BCM when I get back from work in a month!
