Default turning signal doesnt work with headlights on

I have a 99 Tahoe. Recently two electrical problems started. When ever the headlights are on, my left turning signal doesnt work, but right signal works fine. If the headlights are off, both work properly. Also, whenever the break pedal is pressed in, the dashboard lights come on, this will happen even when the truck is not running and keys out of the ignition.

If anyone can help with these problems it would be appreciated.
    Thanks, Wayne

Sounds like you have a bad ground in the wiring
