Hey everyone, I've been looking for the right truck for a couple monts now and I think I found it. Going tomorrow to see what kind of a deal I can get and what I can get on trade for my 2004 Impala SS. Wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction on what to look for. Any issues with these trucks, recalls, etc.

nothing crazy, I have a 1982 Malibu wagon that I may trailer to distant shows, but thats very far and few in between. I've used my Dads 4.8L 2000 Silverado for that already without any problems.

Not in NY they arent. They are all crying that they cant sell cars, but they refuse to deal with you. That truck new would sticker around $32K, RedTag gives you $2K off. You are lucky if a dealer gives you an additional $2K.
I can get Ram for $15K under sticker, but I dont like them
Welcome to the site. I say go with it if you're in NY. I know they aren't playing around up there. And yea... don't go with the Ram please.
