dash is a little diffrent but holes are exact same it looks like

If it will fit It should be able to be work, Im not sure how the wiring would go?..

You can check the plug ends by checking each and comparing them for the features of each of the radios. They both will fit the insert, but you will need to see if there is seperate connector for the Nav. system because I believe that there is. Is to 07' model Nav system as well, if so then both plugs are indentical and work on each of the units. The cradles are the same for each, its just a matter of the power for each of the devices...

did his truck have bose?? if so, it just might work, if not, its gonna be complicated. also i doubt your truck has the GPS antenna in it, however, the DVD and radio should work if the plugs are the same.
