I went to a local shop to have new door speakers and subs amps installed in my 07 silverado crew cab.. I inquired about a kenwood deck,7" dvd touch screen, xm etc...that was compatable ddx 512 well after xm tuner and adaptor, gm adapto( for onstar and chimes)r, swi jack for steering controls and all the other crap it was over $1000...JUST FOR THE DECK
Here is the kicker I ran across this website purely by chance DEALER COST CAR AUDIO .COM all one word i got the unit and the xm tuner...........they thru in the steering control like $70 thru in the xm adaptor $? thru in the gm adaptor $130, free shipping, free install kit
