dent 2000 silverado
Hello I have a 2000 chevy silverado short bed pickup I got a dent today on the door (4 inches) I was just wondering if anyone knows if I can just open the door and push it from the inside. the dent is in the middle r and there is no damage to the paint.
Please let me know thanks..

You can try, be careful, but there are suction cup dent pullers you can by from several stores that attach to the door and pull from the outside. Harbor Freight, Northern Tools, local auto supply store, Napa, all these should have these pullers. Do this from the inside the panel if you have never done it before can cause you more problems. With the suction cup dent pullers you have a better chance of not causing yourself some real grief....

yeah i would say get one of the suction things that pulls from the outside. you dont want to try from inside the door and cause something inside the door so it puts you in a worse spot. you could also just go to a body shop and get an estimate to get it out, but idk if you want it out that bad.2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L Z71 - 4x4
