Need help **Scuffs**

Ok I just went to wash my truck and noticed a very noticible scuff (to me) on my rear driverside door. What do you all recommend to try to use to get rid of it? I'm kind on anal about trying to keep my truck looking as nice as possible.

I use McGuires #3 an come back with their gold class wax. Take a look at their products. If your fingernail catches on the scuff you might need a a tougher polishing compound, thy all work about the same.

I would have to say that you would want to unscuff iti have used a clay bar to help with minor scratched/scuffs, then some good wax, seems to do the trick as long as its not deep and into the metal

Same as above. Depends on the depth of the scuffs, but polishing or finishing compound should work alright to get it off.

What caused the scuffs and how deep are they? Did it leave any discoloration?

unless you know how to detail, take it to a detailer and tell them what you have noticed and see what they can do about it

I have no idea what caused it. I'm thinking a door from a car in the parking lot at work. It's kinda high on the door. Well my truck being black it shows up. It doesn't look like it's to deep more of surface but still. I just want to cry right now.

thats why I like having an older vehicle doesnt bother me too much but if someone does ding mine, I know i can ding theres harder and bigger

*Update* after a closer look it has a slight ding to it Now i am really depressed.

That sucks, I got a dent from someone throwing an egg at my truck one night!
