    If it's the same battery I'm thinking of (Optmia gell cell) it happens alot with this battery for some strange reason. The battery terminals come loose over time acting like a dead battery. the only fix I ever found for this was to keep an eye on the connections. Good luck and I hope this helped.

    Just thought I would post this link it is informative and it's important to understand that AGM batteries are great in many ways but they are a different animal so to speak when it comes to proper charging, same goes for the Gel Cell types also as they are even more unforgiving when it comes to heat and gassing.

    Could be a Short or Just a bad battery Have it tested or try another that you know is good battery failure is much more common than a short Good luck
