What Should I do next?
What Should I do next to improve power and Mpg's? I have already done the cold air intake and dual exhaust. I was thinking about a programmer but im not sure. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Programmer is a good idea. That's actually one of the first things I would do if they made one for my truck.
