Trouble finding grill insert, any suggestions?
I have an 05 Trailblazer LT. I am looking for a fine wire mesh (60 series) grill insert. The only one I've been able to find is made by E & G, and it's a little pricey-around $300.
Does anyone know where I can look for one a little cheaper? I was looking to pay around $200 or less.

I was looking for grill inserts for my Silverado and couldn't find any I like. I found an aftermarket at a flea market that the ring and bar were carbon fiber styled and the mesh was chrome, my truck is Dark Spiral Grey and this looks awssome and only cost $125 fit like a glove just had to transfer the bowtie from the OEM grill. I'll be uploading pictures soon. If you find a grill like I did the OEM come out very easily it is only held in with clips. on each end about 1 inch from tip and then about 7 inches in front of headlights. the rest you can see when you pop the hood. Use the pry tool for interior panels and go gently and it will be fine. Of coarse if you have changed the headlight bulbs you probably already found this out as you have to remove the grill to change HL bulbs.
