Hi everyone
I don't currently have a truck but am seriously looking. I think I've found the right truck but a little nervous about making the plunge. It is 2008 VMax 6.0 ltr Silverado. The fuel consumption and GM's current problems are making the decision difficult.

Welcome to the site! Sounds like your looking a good truck, wish I had one of the new ones. I have the 5.3L in my '04 and get what I consider very good mileage (17.5 mpg avg). I'm not sure if the "V-Max" will get that or not, but I'm sure there will be someone chip in to give some info. Good luck!
