    Default Seafoam

I've heard alot of people on the interweb praising seafoam, saying it works so well. But to be honest. I don't have the slightest clue on what it does. Neither does anyone from around my area, we've never heard of it before. I was just wondering on what exactly it does, and how it does it. And if there is any side effects for performance or anything else.

    Thanks

seafoam is great. It is a total engine cleaner. It cleans the intake, crankcase, injectors, etc. here is a vid of my truck with seafoam and what it did to it. All the smoke is the stuff it cleared out

    Smile Seafoam

Great stuff, put it in crank case, fuel tank, and I use my pcv to suck it into the upper end, also its great to find exhaust leak as smoke comes out at leaks.

I'm seriously thinking about giving this stuff a shot. But there's one problem. I don't know if they sell it in the city i live by. I guess I'll go to all the part stores in the city. Princess Auto, Pheonix Auto parts etc.

My local Wal-Mart carries it. It's a white can with red writing. I've used it before. It's good stuff!

I have used seafoam in older cars and an old motorcycle. It is great for old cars (or cars that idle a lot) with a lot of carbon build up. However, on a new car/truck the results might not be as noticeable. My old bike (1981 Honda Custom) didnt start until I ran some seafoam through it. Now I am a believer!!

I think it works in any internal combustion engine. Pretty universal stuff.
