    Hey guys, I have the 2005 Colorado Xtreme with the I-5 engine, I was planning on putting a cold air intake, and a throttle body spacer on. But besides that, does anyone know if high compression pistons will help me quite a bit, or should i just wait for the supercharger, and build from that?

    CAI is good. There are offerings from AEM, K&N, Volant and a few others
    TB spacer is just a paper weight on these trucks unless you plan on tapping threads into it for a nitrous injector. They don't really offer any neasurable gains
    The 3.5L has 10.5:1 compression already. I don't think anyone has come out with performance internal parts for these trucks
    Supercharger, well, RKSport had a kit, Wheel-2-Wheel (W2W) made a kit for the 3.5L/3.7L Hummer H3 that also fit on these trucks but have since gone out of business. Vortech lists a superchager kit for the 3.7L if you are willing to pony up the $5500

    i thought this i-5 engine had been around awhile only in a forien market, i have been told the i-5 is the same as engine in the hummer,?
