Default The dreaded fruit punch stain....

Ok, when I bought my 05 Trailblazer with 30,000 miles it was the newest nicest car I'd ever owned, and as well the only car (that didn't have black carpet at least) that did NOT have a fruit punch stain on the carpet.

Well, now all that's changed :(

    Does anybody have any suggestions?

I normally LIVE by Blue Magic's Carpet Stain & Spot Lifter, but it didn't get it all the way out, just helped a little bit. I've tried a few applications now, and it's not coming out.

As I stated, every car I've had has had a red/pink stain, so I'm pretty much guessing I'm SOL here and it's not coming out.

I figured if anybody had a secret, it'd be on here.

    Rachel-

I think this is a perfect time to get ahold of one of GMTC's vendor! Flashvan is a new vendor and I think he would be the perfect one to ask about this! They have a lot of products and I'm sure there should be at least one that would be able to help you!

Shoot him/them a quick PM through Flashvan's profile, or visit their site to see if you can find something on your own. Hopefully they'll see this thread, if anything, and share words of wisdom!

    Good luck,

Try the new vendor. IF not Oxyclean might do the trick. I also use the blue magick and have yet to find something it can't work out.

try a foaming enzyme digester. let set for about 10 min. on stain. then blot up and push towards middle of stain all the way around with a rag. and keep repeating this until the stain dissapears. may or may not go away.

I have 2 kids and fruit punch stains are my thing. Light grey carpets in my Toyota Sienna show all there mishaps. I have used oxyclean followed with a steam gun. I got a "Steam Buggy" and if works every time. The longer it sits though the tougher it will be to come out. Good luck.

Might wanna try this stuff, I found it at a local winery a few years ago, works great on the tan carpets in my living room that my grandaughter seems to think are a blotter for her kool aid. Yes I know keeping her out of the livingroom with a drink would work better but I'm the only male in the house besides the cat and the last time he voiced his opinion he ended uo neutered so I'm keeping quiet.
