hey guys i have a 2002 yukon denali and the running boards on this truck have seen some tough days from the previous owner..i need new ones but not just any..im a big guy and i need some boards that can take some weight..any suggestions?

Have you checked out the Rocker Pods? Those look like they are great. I'm thinking of getting them for my truck.

The rocker pods are a great idea. If you just went a step bar, look at smittybilt or westin. The make some nice nerf bars. Each manufacturer will list the max weight load on there product page.
