Got it back from Chevy today and they replaced the belt tensioner (no more wobble) and a new A/C belt (no more squeal) so sorry I lead you all down the wrong path with the whole crank shaft pulley but thanks again Kirk for pointing out the right part based on my videos.
Sometimes I take the internet for granted. It's incredible how much I learn and how fast I get it and all from people I never even got to shake hands with.

Jimmies right sometimes a crankshaft pulley can get warped and cause the belt to slipped. But be carful about driving it because if it were to come off it would go where it wanted to .
