Want to upgrade my shocks on my 1999 silverado.on road comfort truck is not lifted.

Edelbrock or Bilstiens. Both are great.

I have a set of Edelbrock IAS on my S-10, and they are a pretty nice on road shock. I also have a set of Pro Comp MX6 shocks on my 05' Silverado, but I 'm not sure they make them for stock height vehicles but they are also super smooth on the highway.![]()

Welcome to the site,
You might like Rancho's 9000 or OEM shocks. OEM has a good ride.

I looked around and went with the Monroe Sensatrac
Here is a good write up

If you have some rear end sag on the truck look at the Monroe Sensatrac Part No. 58612 they have coil overs built in so they help with load carrying and leveling or at leas they did one mine.

I just put some KYB GR-2's on my '04 Silverado. Firmer than stock, but stock had a floaty ride that I didn't like. $130 for all 4. I really like the ride of the KYB's.

Good to know, thanks!
