Oil Change

How often do you change your oil? miles/ months
I don't drive far for work so my mileage is low from my last change.

I plan on going anywhere from 30K to 50K on my oil. But I have a bypass filter and run AMSOIL 100% synthetic diesel oil. With out the bypass 25K miles. conventional oil you can go about 3k to 5k, then they break down. Synthetic blends you can go 5k to 7500 on, then they break down. It also all depends on how you drive and if you keep you air filter clean.

I think we have an old poll on this too ... can't seem to find it though.

I go right about 5k miles with conventional oil right now, but would move to synthetic or blend if I could get more miles out of it.

You can go 25,000 on AMSOIL 100% synthetic oil with an Ea oil filter. Think about it, only changing you oil once a year. On top of that better Cold Starting,Excellent fuel mileage,clean engine, cleaner exhaust, just to name a few benefits.
