    Default Well it's about time!!!

Finally, after 3 months, Colorado got the blizzard I've been waiting for! Literally every school district within like 80 miles of us was closed, except for ours. By the time they finally realized it probabaly wasn't a good idea to have us in school and decided to let us out at 10:30, it was a complete white-out blizzard. I ended up having to go pick up my mom on my way home, who was on her way to pick up my sister from another school, because her car couldn't handle it. I'm glad I own a truck that's an absolute beast in the snow!!!

Well, anyway, it's still comin down some, and there's about a foot on flat ground right now. I have this little offroad spot near my house, and it sure is a lot more fun with a foot of snow in it! I was going to take some pictures while off-roading, but I couldn't get any of myself since I was the driver lol.

Anyway, so there's no pics from today, but I'll try and get some for y'all tomorrow! Just thought I'd share in my happiness! And we might have a snow day for the first time in about 5 years too!

Always nice to have a legitimate reason to throw it in 4WD and use the truck as it is intended!

All I can say is, I'm glad I have a 4x4. I just got back from running to the store and Blockbuster to get some movies. The city is empty, there is no one on the roads, not even snow plows. I've gotten 18" and it's still coming down. They said something like another 8" by morning.

These photos were taken around 3pm and it hasn't stopped yet.

You couldn't keep me in the house on a day like that. Enjoy it while it lasts we're all done here in the east. Got just one more day for snowboarding on wednesday. I should get on a plane and head west

With a big snow comes a big stuck haha:

Sorry about the small pictures, photobucket was being really stupid today, so I have up trying to fix the size. But yeah, I got stuck pretty bad!!! lol. We got it out with another truck, a tow strap, and a good yank tho so it's all good!
