New Member in Saint Petersburg FL
As of the 2 days ago I'm the proud new owner of a 1999 Suburban 1500 LT with 130,000 miles. I changed the oil in her and just got back from a 600 mile run to Talahasee and back. The family loved her but I've got some work ahead of me. Every time I hit a bump the warning light for anti lock brake went off an on multiple times. The power locks dont work. I had a strong fuel smell in the cabin off and on and the passenger side window wont go down all the way... BUT... she ran very well smooth power smooth shifting and COMFORTABLE!!!
Time to get searching.... Nice to be a new member...

I read once the suburban drives with the stability of a aircraft carrier and the comfort of a living room and I think they were right.

2000 silverado with a 5.3l v8, shorty headers, upgraded plugs, 10 mil wires, magnaflow high flow cats, flowmaster 80 series muffler(2 in 2 out) w/ 18 inch stainless silverline tips. i have a k&n CIA. its a 4x4 z71 offroad package. Ls model.
extended cab 160k miles, truxedo low profile bed cover, diablo sport predator tuner.
reman tranny @ 130k miles
