    Default dealer question

I have had horrible issues with my dealer i have been there 3 times now for my dash peeling and once for my 4x4 not working and can't even get them to shudule me to get it fixed. I live a hour from the next dealer. What should i do is there someone at gm i can notify or should i go over the service departments head to someone else at the dealership or what. Any input is appercated

Well the dash peeling is because the plastic is painted, not dyed so they typically fix it once and tell you not to use products with silicone.
I'd call GM directly and tell them your problems with the dealer. Be truthful and calm, that usually gets a lot done.
I had to do it with ford.

Where can i find the number to call gm in the owners manual maybe or online ?

Now this is just my personal opinion but I wouldn't mess with the dealer on this issue if I were you. I did the exact same thing to mine 2 years ago and the dealers seem to always be an ass when you take stuff like this to them. I think you would have better luck taking it to a custom body shop or an audio shop and letting them take a look at it. Heck they will probably do you up a real nice custom job for a whole lot less trouble! But if you're doing this off your warranty or something like that then I understand where you're coming from. GOOD LUCK man, hope it turns out well for ya!

Ask to speak to the GM rep. or get the GM customer service/complaint number, next time before you have it repaired. Usually that will get them going.
