Hauling Limit for 2001 Silverado

I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 V8 5.3V Extended Cab Short Bed 2 Wheel Drive. I will be moving from Florida to Cali and wanted to haul a trailer with my families belongings. How big of a trailer would I be able to pull completed full. I was looking into a 24 foot enclosed. However, I think the truck is going to have problems going up the mountains. Can anybody advice waht is my limit or website I can look up the information.
