Thread: idle pulse

    Default idle pulse

    I have a 91 s-10 4.3L. I have replaced the m.a.p.sencor and the throdle pasition sencor, and I still have a pulse in the motot at idle. Any ideas on what it could be?

    Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

    Yea I did. I had to replace two vacuum lines. Pulse ia still there. There is also a dead spot in the throddle body at about 3500 rpm. Could there be a conection between the two?
