I have a 2003 Silverado LT with the auto seats, but not long after the warranty expired, the control that works the back of the driver's seat won't work (up and down, not reclining). Is this difficult to fix or expensive?

Is this a manual seat or automatic seats? What probably happened was either something broke off (replace it) or something got up in there and makes it stick.
When you say "up and down? do you mean the seat or the headrest?
