Hey all.

Newby here. I'm a member of other various boating forums where I've learned tons of valuable info, so when faced with a couple of issues with my new truck, I thought I'd start asking some of you guys to see if I can get some help to sort some of it out.....so, thanks in advance.

Issue 1- I was having an issue with a clunk in the drive line at take off and also a shimmy at low speeds which would smooth out past 20mph. I have a 2-pc drive line and had it repaired/rebalanced. This took care of the clunk, but that shimmy is even worse. Anyone got any ideas about this? Another thing is showing up now after the repair- I have what I describe as a harmonic vibration/hum coming from the transfer case/tranny area when it's warmed up and I'm around 55-65mph??? Any ideas?

Issue 2- I've heard about some problems with the pump in the tranfere case and that it can rub thru the case. Is this something that I should have looked at? I've heard something about a "pump rub kit"? Could my harmonic vibration/hum be tied into this issue?
