Default My truck was broken into!!!

The jerks stole my GPS & radar detector and did a bit of damage. I didn't notice the damage right away...but here it is. How hard is it to fix?

The lock is broke, too, btw. It works, but there's an extra click when you turn the key. :slap:

oh man that sucks....but i think you will have to replace the handles...go for metal this time so they cant pry into it like they did with the plastic, hope you can find who did it, Good luck
edit** if it opens and locks then you shouldnt have to rush to much on it

    What is WRONG with ppl!???

Shouldn't be tough to fix though with the paint you have on there you most likely can't just patch it up with a touch-up brush. The door handle is an easy buy and fix.. good luck with it all. Could have been worse?

By the looks it if it's as if they thrust a screwdriver in there or something similar. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not the actual lock that's messed up, but the linkage. It might be as simple as getting in there and straightening out a rod or something. Replacing the lock itself is also pretty simple... the locks are easy enough to replace - and they're cheap(ish)!

Well, I'm glad they didn't steal the whole truck! There's a thing you can be happy about, although it is hard to think positive with anything like this. I would be devastated.

Yup, me too. That would've been HORRIBLE! I would've really been devastated then.
