A buddy of mine read somewhere about air shocks for the front of his 4wd stock truck because he wanted to bring the front end up to level the truck out. I have not done any research for this but it might be a start for you good luck

look into billestien leveling shocks, they have an adjustable ring on them to lift your truck. Helped the neighbor install on his F-150 and it wasn't too difficult. Will cost more and you'll need a good alignment when done, but I don't see why you would have to adjust your torsion bars if you go this route.

Use Air Shocks, They are great! could not be easier. All you need is an air compressor thats it.

    Cool 4wd question

The Bilstein shocks are for 07 (new body style up) . Ive never seen air shocks for the front, I think the rubber bladder would rub. The Suspensionmaxx torsen keys are nice because they have so much adjustment and dont stiffen the ride.

    1. i installed higher end KYBs in the front, raised it my 2 fingers width. no fancy stuff, no nothing. just shocks.
    2. i always drive with counterbalance in the bed. i weigh 265, i have roughly my weight in the far right corner. levels PERFECTLY, corners much better, and ride is softer.

Thanks for the advice you guys, i kinda figured there wasnt much i could do without touching the torsion bars. The only thing i dont like about the torsion bars is once you change the angles it starts to wear the cv boots prematurely. Has anyone used those 9 way adjustable rancho shocks for the front?
