fog light fixture

The fog light fixture on my truck has broken. the plastic piece that holds it to the bumper has broken off and I can't figure out how to get the fixture out. Any ideas? It's an 04 Silverado. I really just want to get it out so I can fix the plastic piece that has broken off and the fixture is full of water so I want to get that out of there as well.

what i did when i had the same problem is i had replaced the foglight and turn the steering wheel full lock to the left and take off the plastic mud cover that is found in front of the wheel. it has never been an easy task for me since it is a bit hassle to replace or fix it.
