ok, on the truck( just got the burban )
and it's the lights next to the turn signal's but under the headlights, it's the lights in the corner closer to the grill..... any ideas?
also, how bad is it to have a leaky tranny cooler line, its not dumping fluid just leaky a bit.
also when i make a turn i have a slight clunky noise when i turn either way i beleive. the truck is lifted 6 inches as well idk if thatll help anyone?

Where is it leaking?? Mine leaks at the fittings (new aftermarket radiator, different sized fittings required adaptor) a tiny bit.
The cooler is integral, and inside the normal radiator- it isn't leaking inside the radiator, right?
Always depends on how much, and where. Slow leak at fittings- not too big a deal. Leak on a fabric/rubber hose-big deal since it will get worse. Either the oil cooler or the trans cooler has a fully metal hose-the other is a rubber/fabric hose.
Where and how much?
And, have you checked your trans fluid level-you have to check while running, I think.

well i beleive it's an auxillary one than or an oil cooler not too sure, its on the front of the rad, and its not leakn bad just seems to be leakn at the fittings into the rad lookn thingy.
other than that it aint too bad, oil/tranny is full.
as far as the lights go, i have daytime running lights, but it's just the headlights turn on, the lower set of lights look almost like a 3157 bulb.... which would be like a turn signal light thats whats thrown me off i guess.

On my 98 Suburban (-5.7)\ the engine oil cooler is built into the radiator and it and the 2 fittings are on the passengers side- the trans cooler is on the drivers side-built into the main radiator also. Your 5.3? is probably more or less the same.
I wouldn't worry much about a leak-especially since it leaks so little you can't see it go down on the dipstick over a few hundred miles (and don't since mine is leaking/oozing a little also).
Mine leaked a bit more initially, but it has slowed to an ooze now.I guess grunge builds up at the leak point, and plugs it up!

The lights are your running lights, if you turn or pull ( not sure with the 2000s) your headlight switch between the on and off position it should turn on the yellow lights that resemble turning signals, every car has them. As far as the leak goes , its probably just a loose connection, maybe a quik fit fitting not pushed in all the way or the retaining nut is not seated all the way, none the less seems like a minor problem.

ok as i am now getting more familiar with these trucks i still have more questions.
when i hit the gas(rev up the motor) just a bit, seems like the idle stays high for a longer period of time than normal....... any ideas/
also does ne one know how to adjust the torsion bars up front( and would you recommend doin it on your own)
and..... performance, whats the best/cheaper..... performance mods you can do.
right now it's got 373 gears, exhaust(no headers) kn filter(no CAI)

To adjust the torsion bars first jack up the front end. follow the torsion bars back and you should find the adjuster bolts. I dont remember which way you turn it but give it a few turns and then do the other side the same amoutn and lower the jack. do this until you are happy with the ride height but if you go too high you will put more tension on your steering components and wear out your ball joints faster.
As far as cheap mods for power, the cheapest and best to start with is always intake and exhaust but dont expect hue numbers. After that everything gets more expensive
