i got a 98 chevy wt with seal beam lights and want to convert it to the composite front end. what all is need to do so. i have heard some say the radiator support but in my comparsions they looked the same. i know i need to change the headlight pigtails

I am not sure about your headlight question, but I have a suggestion for your connectors(pigtails) that you need to swap. I personally have an account through these people and they are awesome, but you have to lie and say that you work for a business because they don't sell to the public. I buy all of my GM/Delphi connectors from them, they are the exact same thing they use on the assembly lines. They have stuff that you will not find anywhere else, so check them out and see if you can find what your looking for. You can also send away for a free catalog too, it is about 100 pages of all kinds of interesting stuff.
Keep in mind that if you do get these special connectors, there are special crimps and tools that are required to do the job right. Yeah you can use a screw diver but you could damage the terminals, and regular crimpers will just ruin these connectors. Hope this helps.................AMY

You will definitely need to replace the pig tails, but you should be able to reuse the existing radiator core. If the existing holes done exist, just drill new ones. Which grill do you want to go with?

You will need a new grill, headlights and holders, possibly new wiring harness for lights as you are going from one bulb with dual level(low and high) to two bulbs one low, one high, and yes possibly new rad supports, not sure about the blinker set-up but going from the WT set-up to the composite i would guess they are different but who know???
