    Default Help!!!!!!

    Hello to every one,

I found out yesterday that my rear passenger side brake/turn signal light went out in my 97 burban. I'm trying to figure out how to access it to replace the bulb. Any help???

Its pretty easy to do but get a magnet and rub it all over the end of your philips screwdriver tip even leave it stuck on there while you get ready cause its real easy to lose a screw in the body panel. The screws you can get from advance auto in the help section also by the way.
Can you tell I have done this before LOL

Open the door or the tail gate and look in the jamb area and there are 2 black plastic plugs use a pair of pliers or a flat head screwdriver and pop them out.
Look in the hole and there is a phillips screw its easy to bump and drop it so use the magnetic screwdriver.

Once you get both screws out kinda wiggle the light and it will rotate out

There is one big plug undo that and the whole thing is now free

There are 2 screws in the back of the assembly that hold in the circuit board take them out and you have all 3 bubls right here.

Now here is a link to help with what to look for
