    For the intake I'd recommend Volant or S&B since they have a totally enclosed airbox.

    Banks also makes a very nice cold air intake which is also in an enclosed box. the banks is a little pricey but from everything im told they live up to the name and price.

    The K&N is also a closed in airbox...at least on my 2008 silverado 5.3. I also did the Corsa performance cat back exhaust as well as the Edge Evolution programmer. I don't know what helped the most but I am now running a 6.53 second 0-60 and my Ford rivals at work can verify . I think the edge programmer was an awesome addon and there is no doubt that has helped.

    go long tube headers, high flow cats(if you get inspected) cat back exhaust, intake and tuned.

    Longtube headers,intake exhaust and a good tune will really help it out.

    My Personal favorite is Borla and Magnaflow.Top quality
    But Corsa is also very nice

    what parts do i need like can i buy anything that is just after the cats cause from the headers would be expensive
