I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but, I figured I would ask. I have a 00 Silverado Z71 5.3 When I am pressing the brakes and going faster that 30-35 like exiting off the loop or interstate and I hit a slight bump the ABS like freaks out. The pedal feels funny and the brakes won't pressure up to stop. It goes away pretty quickly and I have not had any close calls but I was just wondering if this is normal for these trucks. Thanks for any input.

Just a guess but it sounds like one of your wheel speed sensors is glitching when you hit a bump. This causes the ABS to pulse your brakes because your computer thinks one of your wheels locked up.
