    Default k1500 guage cluster inter-change question

    Does anyone know if a cluster out of a 92-94 will work in my 89. My cluster is bad and I would like to have a 92-94 cluster in mine. They look the same, but will it plug up and work. Please help me out. Thanks!

    I know I have seen them switched alot so it must be simple, just would need the wiring for the tachometer.

    I found out that a 94 model has the option for no tach. I wonder if that would work? The junkyard computer says 94 only though. But it doesnt say that a 92-94 will fit a 89 but i dont know i was hoping you guys would. Thanks for the help.
