I purchased one a few years back when they first came out and the idea is great but I didnt like the way it fit and the plastic seemed to be brittel. Returned to Vararam were I purchased and they promptly refunded my money. I did keep the throttle body volacity stack I purchased at the same time and it works well. I saw better results with it than with the trottle body spacer.
Okay thanks...Anyone know of a good ram air setup or is this a dead end idea?

Banks makes a new CAI for gas trucks. When I purchased mine the guys at Banks said the gas motors didnt see any gains with a ram tube, so they offer one for the gas motors. They did say the deisels made more power with them and they offer one for them. They said I could make the diesel ram air tube fit my gas truck with a little fab work but I would be wasting my time and money. There CAI is the best one Ive ever had.
How much did it cost?
for about 50 bucks more, you can get E-Ram with proven gain. for about $150 more you can get even more powerful, dual Super ram model.
why do you even consider tube intakes? gimmicks....
