I'm looking for a good floor jack that is cheap (and preferably lightweight) to keep in the truck to replace the stock jack.
I'm not sure what load capacity or height requirements I should be looking for.
I'll also be using this jack and some new jack stands in the installation of my leveling kit.

2 ton, 3 ton? Steel, Aluminum?

if you want light, go with aluminum, but if you want cheap, you're gonna have to go steel. i have a 3 ton SUV truck floor jack. it isnt light by any means, but its a good jack. i think i spent $80 on it at a local parts house brand new
