Well I know I had this problem all the time in my AC Delco Cd player in my S-10, and I actually had a CD break in half inside the CD player which caused me to go to the dealer. They told me that some CD's are thicker than others, and every once in a while you will get one that gets stuck but very rarely does what mine did of course. The one's I notice that get stuck are my personal CD's that I burn on Memorex discs, were yours homemade discs or CD-R+ or CD-R- these were what gave me problems. If they are just regular CD's then I have no idea, hopefully you don't have the same issue that I did!

the ones that get stuck for me are the ons that are from the store, and my personal cd's never have the problem.

Mine does the same thing, I've never really worried about it I just keep sticking it back in till it works! It doesn't matter whether it's home made or pre-recorded either.

Good time to start building a little system then, there is always some good that can come out of bad things!
