Default I really need some help

Hello everybody! I'm new to this forum and your help.

I have a 1999 Chevy Z 71 4X4 automatic. It has 140k on it. For the last few months I've been hearing a clunking and a slight growling sound when it shifts from first to second gear. But today I was stopped at a light and when I went to take off I heard a big bang . Now when I try to drive it at one or two mph I get a very high pitched winding sound like it's in four low but much louder. It also wont go into reveres. it just makes a high pitched winding noise.
