Angry Turn Signals Out on Left SIde Only

My turn signals have stopped working on the left side of my '04 Silverado. The led turn signal on the mirror still work, but blink rapidly. The front and rear bulbs will not light. I have replaced the bulbs, with no results. I checked the voltage at the sockets with the turn signals on, and the voltage read 0.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

    Default

Could it be the flasher module itself?

If not then I would start following the wires from the turn signal switch down
