    Default Rhino Thunder bar HELP!!!

hey guys....have a huge issue...I REALLY like the Rhino Thunder light bar seen here:

    http://www.pickupspecialties.com/Lad...sports_bar.htm

my issue is that they don't make it for my truck...it's a 94 silverado regular cab long box...how much difference is there in the stake pockets between a 99 and a 94? how hard would it be to make fit? or make my own is the best way? I'm open to other light bar ideas but they have to be VERY similar especially since this allows me to continually put my bike in the bed of my truck...thanks

I have that same bar but in stainless steel on my 2005 Silverado, I didn't use the stake pocket brackets because I mounted it right to the top of my tonneau cover. The bottom of the side rails have several holes pre-drilled, all that holds that the stake pocket bracket in place is a 1" bolt. I would be willing to bet that you could drill a hole in the rollbar itself, and then run the bolt through and line it up with the stake pocket. Here is a picture of mine, and I absolutely love the look and the functionality of it.

i've been thinking about one of those bars for my truck too just have a lot of stuff to get done before hand. Finish the interior and CAI and stuff. Nice look though. Can't beat the price either.
