    Default 4L60E 1996 4x4

    hi- i am rebuilding 96 4l60e. was advised to use teckpak a74741q valve for the tcc. the inst sheet says to reinsert the inner valve but the stem is too long to allow the inserting of the new repair valve. do i trim the stem on the old inner valve to allow the new valve to fit or do i have the wrong repair valve?-jeff

    I would definatley advise double checking to see if part is correct.
