here are a few pics help me out!!!! (pic works now)
Every plug was in perfect condition for plugs that had been in use for 2 years except this one the number four cylinder. I have NOT dropped in MPG or performance what is wrong with this cylinder, Aall I have got is the P0304 code.

I am at work and I always have problems....work now??? I dont EVER see oil come out the exhaust, and I have not touched my antifreeze for over two years and its perfect, I have never pulled a plug that looks this bad.

I know, and I dont get it, i have only had an issue within the last three weeks and it was just a code, cleared it then two weeks it came back, pulled the plugs put in new wires, amd this was the only bad one, the rest look really good. I just have no symptoms or idea of what this could be

Please guys, I cant figure this out, i dont want to bring this to the garage to spend 200 dollars to tell me they cant find anything, what do I need to look for.

Is the 5.7 a TBI? It looks like possible detonation from the white on the grounding strap.
